Aston Martin V12 Zagato

The Aston Martin Zagato is not new news.  It has been around, in one form or other, since June last year when Aston Martin produced bespoke GT versions to race at the Nurburgring 24 hour.  It then appeared at the Frankfurt Motor show and finally it's last public appearance was to a handful of motoring journalists in Kuwait in February.

Aston Martin haven't released any details since then except that orders have been taken and first deliveries will take place next month.  Soon you will hopefully see one of these on the road and gasp in wonderment at this incredibly beautiful piece of machinery.

So we have no reason other than that to present you with this wonderful set of images.

Fifty years ago Zagato and Aston designed the first DB4 Zagato GTs as race cars.  The majority of the donor car, the Vantage, remains unchanged so it comes with a 6 litre V12 with 510bhp and 420lb of torque.  150 are being built and they'll cost £330,000.

If you want to order one - tough.  they're all sold out.
