Wow! This sounded brilliant! A new compact sports car from Audi. Maybe it'd be a proper Quattro successor, or maybe even the cobwebs have been dusted off the Bluesport?
Then I saw the images.
Oh shit. Really?
According to the text it's 4.2 metres long and sits on 19 inch rims. It isn't a compact sports car but more likely a concept version of the forthcoming S1 SUV.
Damn.
The Audi Show Car will be revealed at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit in January 2014.
